Via di Guinceri was built in 2006 by Cristina and Fabrizio in a strategic point in the center of Tuscany, reachable from all the most important communication routes.

Already in 2006 the construction was carried out in “green building” anticipating, even then, the transition towards the world of ecology that is characterizing Italy in recent years.

Even today we use 60 kW of solar energy to power the restaurant, we reuse rainwater for our sanitary fixtures and we provide charging stations for electric cars in our large private car park.

All this to have an eye on protecting the environment
